We will speak about cross border tax implications of various asset structures including the impact of Foreign tax credits, the foreign tax credit limitation rules and the recent foreign tax credit regulations. We will also address some of the key challenges of US High Net Worth Individuals living overseas.

Chaya has extensive experience in working with High Net Worth Individuals planning and structuring their cross border assets and addressing the related compliance needs. She is an expert in Foreign Tax Credit, Controlled Foreign Corporations, Passive Foreign Investment Companies and cross border trusts.
