Frederick W. Faircloth, IV (“Freddy”) is a licensed attorney in both North and South Carolina with over 12 years of experience in the areas of estate planning, probate, trusts, taxation, corporations and LLCs, business succession planning, asset protection, and nonprofit and tax-exempt organizations. 
 
Mr. Faircloth received his B.S. degree in Accounting from Clemson University in 2000.  He received his J.D. degree from the University of South Carolina in 2003, where he was a member of the South Carolina Law Review and a recipient of the Arthur B. Custy Tax Award.  He received his Masters of Law in Taxation from the University of Florida in 2004.
 
Mr. Faircloth is a member of the Taxation and Estate Planning, Probate and Trust Sections of the South Carolina Bar and is a former member of the Section Council for the Taxation Section.  He is also a member of the Taxation and Estate Planning and Fiduciary Law Sections of the North Carolina Bar, as well as the York County (SC) and Mecklenburg (NC) County Bar Associations
